Accommodation Terms & Conditions:

·  Reception is open : Monday to Friday from 08H00 till 16H00 and Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday from 08H00 till 12H00

.  Telephone, fax and Internet facilities are available during office hours only.

·  The catered rate include NCS Camp Fees, Bed & Breakfast. The self catering rate include NCS Camp Fees.

·  Check in is at 14h00 on day of arrival and check out is no later than 11h00 on day of departure.

·  With sufficient warning (when booking is confirmed), we are able to cater for any special diet.

·  Please note: there is not sufficient space for extra guests in the 5 and 8 bed self catering units and no extra guests will be allowed.

.  Self catering is only permitted in the designated Self Catering Cabins. Due to hygiene and fire hazards, no barbeques are allowed at any of the Bed & Breakfast cabins EVER.  Non compliance could lead to your booking being cancelled immediately.

·  You only need to bring your own beach towels. The rooms have en-suite bathrooms and are serviced daily.

·  An entrance fee is payable at the first gate leading to the Sodwana Bay National Park.

·  Cancellations/Refunds - Any payment will be forfeited if cancelled within 7 days of arrival.

·  All cancellations are subject to a R100.00 administration fee.

·  Refunds are subject to us being able to substitute your booking.

·  Credit Card Refunds are subject to a further 5% handling fee

·  No refunds for early departure/bad weather will be granted.

·  Deposits may be transferred to a later date.

·  Tariffs are subject to change without prior notification.

·  All alterations and cancellations must be made in writing.

·  PLEASE NOTE THAT BOOKING WILL NOT BE CONFIRMED UNLESS

DEPOSIT AND PROOF THEREOF HAVE BEEN RECEIVED BY DUE DATE.
